Sebaceous naevus on the scalp. Sebaceous naevus is a congenital, hairless, rough-surfaced, slightly elevated, well-defined patch on the scalp. The lesion is pre-malignant: if it is not surgically removed before adulthood, the risk of basalioma is over 10%.
