The typical cauliflower-like warts on the penis are not difficult to recognize. They may also be found inside the urethra. Sometimes condylomata grow as flat plaques, in which case acetic acid application helps in their recognition. Podophyllotoxin, imiquimod or cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen are common treatment options.
