Secondary osteoarthritis (Charcot joint) in a 67-year-old woman. The aetiology is diabetic neuropathy. Talus is extensively destroyed, and there are bony loose bodies and hydrops in the talocrural joint cavity. Another finding is the bony spur underneath the calcaneus (arrow), which is a common degenerative change causing pain on walking.
