Зображення 01261. Emphysematous bullae and Morgagni’s hernia

Emphysematous bullae, one in the apex of the right lung, with a diameter of approximately 8 cm, another in the apex of the left lung, with an oval form and a diameter of almost 15 cm. The lungs have a general emphysematous appearance. On the left side in the front there is a large Morgagni’s hernia containing a sizeable loop of bowel.
