Зображення 01086. Pneumothorax after fine-needle biopsy of lung neoplasm

Fine-needle biopsy was taken from a neoplasm found in the upper lobe of the left lung in a 49-year-old woman. The diagnosis was established as large cell carcinoma. In the x-ray taken one day after the biopsy, a 3 cm pneumothorax cavity is seen in the apex of the left lung.
