Compound naevi. These are skin-leveled or slightly raised, medium brown or sometimes slightly mottled. The naevi presented here are even more mottled and reddened than usual, albeit relatively symmetrical and in need of monitoring; a changing or growing naevus should be removed. A digital camera provides satisfactory pictures to help the monitoring even at home.
