Insect bite reaction, typically grouped in 2-5 red, itchy papules. Bird fleas or Cheyletiella from dogs or cats are common causes of this clinical picture. The symptoms appear only in those persons specifically sensitized to the causative parasite. Only symptomatic therapy is needed, but the source of the parasite (dog, cat) should be desinfected.
