At the age of one year this child underwent closing of a VSD and has no residual shunt. This pansystolic soft blowing murmur is caused by a haemodynamically insignificant tricuspid regurgitation. Pulmonary circulation pressure is normal, and pressure difference between the right atrium and ventricle is 25 mmHg. In the spectrogram the highest frequencies are around 350 Hz. Age 8.5 years, height 126.0 cm, weight 25 kg. Area of auscultation: left third ic (LIC3).
