A young woman with type 1 diabetes. Several typical findings of diabetic retinopathy: engorged veins, microaneurysms, different types of haemorrhages, microinfarctions, IRMA (intraretinal microvascular abnormalities), and neovascularisation (a typical vessel formation is visible on the temporal side of the macula).
