A large superficial basal cell carcinoma on the skin of the shoulder region. A thin, pearly rim at the margin, teleangiectasies and scaling are the typical signs of this slowly enlarging tumour. Excision or liquid nitrogen cryosurgery are the main therapeutic alternatives.
