An acne cyst at the base of the nose. A single cyst may be treated by emptying and replacing a part of its content with corticosteroid suspension. Cautious, repeated liquid nitrogen cryospray may be beneficial. If there is a wider process of cystic acne, oral isotretinoin is the therapy of choice.
