A peculiar, uncommon skin disease, annular erythema on the inner aspects of both legs. The male patient also had same type of lesions on the trunk and upper extremities. The lesions are free of symptoms, the repeated mycology was completely negative - and a therapeutic trial with antifungals was unsuccessful. Usually no reason can be found for this phenomenon, although sometimes even malignancies are discovered.
