Seborrhoeic keratosis on the outer aspect of the foreskin. Cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen is the best treatment method on areas of thin skin, where the alternative treatment modality, curettage, is less easy. If there is any doubt about diagnosis, curettage to obtain material for histopathological investigation is preferred.
