Impego contagiosa in one of its most common locations, the angle of the mouth. Here the cause was Staphylococcus aureus, as in most cases. Appropriate oral antibiotics combined with topical antibacterial therapy is curative. It is advisable to use topical antibacterial agents in the nostrils - the most common source of bacterial contamination (fingers!).
