A whizzing murmur in early systole was detected in this 9-year-old boy. The murmur has a lower frequency than VSD (ventricular septal defect). Occasionally there is a mid-systolic tricuspid click that sounds less musical than a mitral click. Echocardiography shows a slight, haemodynamically insignificant tricuspid regurgitation that is no larger than physiological regurgitation. An innocent finding with a good prognosis. No need for follow-up.
