Psoriasis and seborrhoeic eczema resemble each other when located behind the ear and in the folds of the earlobe. Often it is best to name the condition as sebopsoriasis. Class II (mid-potent) topical corticosteroids are effective in soothing the skin; sometimes potent (Class III) corticosteroids are required.
