The QRS complex is narrow and the ventricular rate is regular 185/min. A retrograde P wave is seen immediately after the QRS complex in the lead V1 (arrow). Note also the alternation in the shape of the QRS complex which is connected with the rapid ventricular rate. Supraventricular tachycardia starts and stops abruptly.
