20-year-old female patient with multiple injuries. Passenger on a motorcycle that has collided at the rear of a car. At the acute phase, the pain in the shoulder was ignored due to other pains. A supine chest x-ray was also taken but no particular findings were noted until a later reinspection. Middle third clavicular fracture, dislocation by the thickness of the bone, medial fragment elevated.
