Mosaic wart is an extensive, flat, mat-like form of a wart. Attempts to treat it may sometimes only lead to expansion of the wart. Waiting for spontaneous healing is thus reasonable. Fortunately, a mosaic wart is often flat and does not easily induce callus formation and is therefore usually painless.
