Bladder cancer (ultrasonography). Ultrasonography reveals a mass inside the urine-filled bladder. The mass protrudes from the bladder wall into the bladder cavity. It shows internal echoes but no missing or intensified echoes behind it. The finding is typical for a bladder tumour. Ultrasonography does not tell anything about the tumour’s possible growth through the bladder wall or its spread to the surroundings.
