Mammary Paget's disease, a dermatosis on the nipple and areola, is always a sign of intraductal carcinoma of the breast. Paget's disease may resemble eczema, but contrary to eczema it is unilateral and responds poorly to topical corticosteroids. A biopsy leads to a specific diagnosis.
