Halo naevus, Naevus Sutton, Naevus regrediens: a benign intradermal naevus surrounded by a halo lacking pigment. The naevus often disappears. The halo may be repigmented. This is more common in patients with vitiligo. No therapy is needed. It is important to remember that this phenomenon may also occur with malignant melanomas.
