A plaque-type, heavily hyperkeratotic seborrheic keratosis in the lower eyelid of an elderly lady. Cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen gives a good cosmetic result with few therapeutic risks and with low morbidity. While spraying, the eye surface should be carefully protected.
