A wide patch of seborrheic keratosis on elastotic skin of an old lady. The facial benign tumour can be treated with liquid nitrogen spray - with low morbidity and a good cosmetic result. There is no risk of malignant transformation, even when leaving this benign epidermal tumour untreated.
