Squamous cell carcinoma of the lower lip. The therapy of choice is radical excision with wide and microscopically (histopathologically) verified margins. Follow-up is mandatory, including careful inspection for possible metastases in regional lymph nodes. Smoking habit is one for the reasons of this malignancy.
