Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) exactly at the inner canthus. At this point BCC is dangerous, affecting the cartilaginous structures in early phase. An ophthalmologist and plastic surgeon should be consulted for radical therapy. Post-therapy follow-up for five years is mandatory.
