Seborrhoeic keratoses are common on the skin of the upper chest. They are benign, but may cause disturbing itching in some patients, as in this case. Liquid nitrogen cryotherapy offers a non-bloody method for treatment. Curettage is the alternative. These superficial, epidermal tumours should not be excised.
