Patch testing is often unavoidable to reveal the allergens behind symptoms. This patient was allergic to various thiuram- compounds and experienced skin symptoms from contact with rubber, Nobecutan© wound spray (TMTM) and the antialcoholic drug Antabuse (disulfiram).
