Solar keratosis (SK), (Keratosis actinica) on the side of the nose before therapy and 1 month after freezing with liquid nitrogen spray. Solar keratosis is potentially premalignant and it may progress to squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). In fact, SCC is the main differential diagnosis of SK.
