Basal cell carcinoma in the inner canthus is a real challenge to therapy. The size of the basiloma in this location is a regrettable sign of neglect of the health care system. There is obvious difficulty in operating with safe margins. Recurrence in cartilaginous structures may be an ocular catastrophe. There is no place for cryosurgery in this location.
