Basal cell carcinoma at the periphery of the lower eyelid. Direct excision with safe margins carries a risk of ectropion. This case was treated successfully with liquid nitrogen cryosurgery. Double-freeze with 0.5 cm margins is curative for nodular BCC. Regardless of the treatment method chosen, follow-up for 5 years is necessary.
