Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) of the morpheic type on the temporal region. This wide tumour (marked with a pen) had been excised 2 years earlier, had subsequently recurred and grown unacceptably large in the absence of sufficient control. The tumour recurred after operation and was reoperated on. The patient died soon thereafter from a cause unrelated to BCC.
