Purpuric lesions in leukocytoclastic (allergic) vasculitis in the lower legs. In milder forms the cure is spontaneous; more severe cases may require oral corticosteroids, even cytostatic drugs. Laboratory specimens to check possible renal affection are necessary. The causative agent mostly remains obscure.
