Psoriatic nails with all the common features: all the nails are affected, there is distal onycholysis and subungual hyperkeratosis, the nail surfaces are irregular with pronounced pitting and "oil spots" are seen under the nail plates. Mycology specimens test negative in psoriatic nails.
